Dave from Health Safety Fire has done multiple Fire Risk Assessments for Hype Lettings in recent months.

We continue to be impressed by Dave’s professionalism and expertise.

He is clearly very passionate about Health and Safety Fire Risks and educating others in understanding the risks, and to know which actions to put in place to ensure compliance.
Most importantly for us, to ensure the safety of our tenants.

Dave also keeps us updated on any new legislation, which helps Hype Lettings (and the landlords we represent) to remain compliant.

Hype Lettings would highly recommend the services of Health Safety Fire and we are looking forward to continuing working with them in the future.

SEI have started working closely with Health Safety Fire now for a number of months.

We find Dave's knowledge and approach to safety very calm, sensible and realistic to administer.

Dave has provided a number of our customers with Fire Risk Assessments now in order to allow them to make a decision on how to proceed with Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting.

In some circumstances this has reduced our original intended installation scope (as we are not Fire Risk Assessors), however as with HSF, SEI always have the customers best interests at the forefront and we are happy to show transparency as is Dave.

We can't recommend Dave and the team enough and look forward to working with them for years to come.
