My wife and I would like to express our thanks to Becky Miller in connection with her Total Care business.

I approached Becky concerning social care for my mother in law who had been absolutely let down by her previously sourced care provider.

As soon as Becky's team commenced work there was a transformation in the quality of service delivery and communication from Total Care. Their telephone app kept my wife up to date all of the time.

The Total Care service is social care as it should be provided.

Becky is a font of knowledge concerning the social care system and has spent considerable time supporting my wife and I, and explaining her experiences of the social care system system as a service provider.

I would certainly recommend that anyone facing the need for social care support for a family member or relative should speak to Becky Miller of Total Care in Newcastle under Lyme before starting their journey.

I Asked Rebecca to find me an admin apprentice over a year and a half ago now. Rebecca returned with 'I know just the person!' and she sent across a lovely young lady called Katie. Katie was the right fit for the job, and we liked her immediately. A year and a half later Katie has passed her apprenticeship and is a fully integrated and crucial member of our team and we couldn’t be happier. I was even more happy today when I realised that I was given a £500 kickback for employing Katie after her apprenticeship and Rebecca has just informed me that I will get a second £500 shortly!

The second I am able to get another apprentice Rebecca will be my first and only call. Outstanding No Fuss service is what it’s all about!

Having had 2 staff leave recently I was a little nervous about taking on new staff. I asked Becky about apprenticeships and if they would be appropriate at The Specsplace. Becky informed me how they work and how they could benefit the practice.

Both members of staff have been absolutely brilliant and are nicely progressing through their qualifications.

If any of your staff need training or qualifications you definitely need to ask Becky and Stepping Stones.
