I would like to thank Henriette Robinson of Hype Lettings for the amount of advice and guidance Henriette has shown in helping myself and my wife to organise and compliantly operate a house that we have been renting out and self-managing for many years. We became accidental landlords of Marie's fathers house and initially it was straight forward. Then following changes to legislation, Covid-19, increasing rights for tenants and the potential removal of section 21 no fault evictions, we viewed that it was time for a professional letting agent to become involved. As the tenants were already renting the property many letting agents wouldn't take on the rental. Henriette has helped immensely and reduced the pressures on us of renting out the property and given us peace of mind and time back. Henriette, also has access to skilled trades people who can help keep the property (Marie's Family Home) in good repair, working order and a safe environment for the family who are renting. I would without question recommend the letting services provided by Hype Lettings and the wonderful Henriette Robinson.

Steven of D. J. Ventures Ltd is a professional and specialist in ground maintenance and cleaning services. He has recently taken on the contract to maintain the grounds of Teachers Housing Association New Park Gardens in Trentham. Since the start of the contract the residents are full of praise for his professional, cheerful manner and the way D.J.Ventures has transformed the gardens. I receive comments such as “at last somebody who knows what they are doing”. “The gardens are being restored to their former glory” “we should have employed his company years ago” and “impressed with the standard and quality of machinery Steve brings to the job”.
I personally am impressed in the way he maintains the grounds to such a high standard and communicates with the residents.

Dean Statham have been using Steve/ DJ Ventures for almost two years now, after being extremely let down by our previous cleaners and the quality of their work.
Steve is always flexible to our requirements, and additional cleaning through the pandemic.

We recently asked Steve at DJ Ventures if he would help with the cleaning of my parents house. They have both passed away now and my sister & I are putting the property up for sale. At fairly short notice, Steve came in and in just over half a day, cleaned quite a large 3 bedroom house. He did a great job of the carpets especially, which to be honest are in a poor state. The house is now ready for sale. A big thanks to Steve and the crew at DJ Ventures. I will have no problem in recommending Steve to my friends and family. Prices and service were excellent.
