I would like to thank Heather Tweddle of Dean Statham Chartered Accounts for helping with the sale of a client account and providing the correct wording on the payment request and advice on capital gains tax & Business Asset Disposable Relief (Previously Entrepreneurs Relief) to ensure that the sale of the client account was within capital allowances to be able to incur a zero tax charge on this occasion.
