Ada is always telling the chapter to look for signs of cancer and to "get checked out". Every week she tells us. I listened for a long time before reacting and forced my wife, who was not getting checked out, to go for a breast scan.
The scan showed a small tumor. Hopefully it will not prove to be too much of a problem
If it had not been for Ada we may have been looking at a much worse situation further down the line.
I don't know what to say . How do you give a testimonial to such a dedicated and kind woman. How do you write about such a selfless individual who for no personal gain dedicates her life to the well being of others.

Having had the pleasure of knowing Ada for some years now, I want to say how consistently impressed I am with her sheer unwavering dedication to helping the causes she cares so deeply about get money to fund their vital work. Some years ago now Ada was justly awarded the British Empire Medal for her work. Having now taken on raising funds for a second charity, British Heart Foundation, Ada continues in her daily determination to help Cancer Research UK and BHF, often using her own personal money to get herself to fund raising events and venues. What a woman!

Having set up my own company recently, a distillery producing gins, vodka and rum, I'm honoured to be able to support Ada in her ongoing work.

If you're going to a meeting with Ada do please be prepared to give generously, because it is oh so true that she will ensure anything you can offer is put to very good use for the benefit of every single one of us. Thanks for what you are doing, Ada.

Ada is the most determined, passionate and committed person I know - what better attributes could you have for raising money for a fantastic cause? No wonder this lady has raised over £1 million for Cancer Research. Ada works selflessly to raise both money and awareness so if you see her do two things...

An absolute Diamond, Ada is one of the most focused people I know when it comes to her selfless attitude to raising much needed funds for this fantastic charity Cancer Research UK. Ada is one who can shake every last spare penny out of your pocket in such a way that you say thank you.
